NOTICE OF WORKSHOP AND NOTICE OF MEETING  
Notice is hereby given that Board of Supervisors (Board) of the TSR Community Development District (District) will hold a Workshop on April 2, 2026 at 5:320 p.m., at the Welcome Center, 2500 Heart Pine Avenue, Odessa, Florida 33556. 
The purpose of the workshop is for the Board to discuss a Reserve Study. The members of the Board will not convene for purposes of taking action on matters of the Districts business.  The facts being gathered may relate to future action to be considered by the Board. 
Notice is hereby given that Board of Supervisors (Board) of the TSR Community Development District (District) will hold a Regular Meeting on April 8, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at the Welcome Center, 2500 Heart Pine Avenue, Odessa, Florida 33556. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to consider any business which may properly come before it.  
The workshop and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law for Community Development Districts.  The workshop and meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop or meeting.  A copy of the agenda for the workshop and meeting may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the Districts website, https://tsrcdd.com/.
