NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 12, 2026 in Civil Case No. 2025-CA-000976-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein DATA MORTGAGE, INC DBA ESSEX MORTGAGE is Plaintiff and Legna L Camacho Soto a/k/a Legna L Camacho, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, ESQ., will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 31st day of March, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
