U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR LEHMAN XS TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4N (hereafter Plaintiff), is Plaintiff and NADIA S. KHAN; ANEEZA KHAN; SHAHABADEEN KHAN; BIBI A. KHAN A/K/A BIBI KHAN; BLACK LAKE PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC., are defendants.  Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of APRIL, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
