YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien against the following-described real property in Charlotte County, Florida: 
Unit 14, Coral Ridge Commercial Condominium, Parcel B, a Condominium as shown in the Declaration of Condominium recorded on March 17, 1981 in O.R. Book 660, Pages 1064 through 1110, inclusive, and any subsequent amendments thereto, and as further described in plot plan and graphic description shown in Condominium Book 3, Page 5, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto.  
Unit 15, Coral Ridge Commercial Condominium, Parcel B, a Condominium as shown in the Declaration of Condominium recorded on March 17, 1981 in O.R. Book 660, Pages 1064 through 1110, inclusive, and any subsequent amendments thereto, and as further described in plot plan and graphic description shown in Condominium Book 3, Page 5, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto. 
Unit 16, Coral Ridge Commercial Condominium, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 660, Page 1064 as amended from time to time, and according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 5A through 5F, inclusive, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant thereto. 
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TAMSEN HAYS, Esq. of Wotitzky, Wotitzky & Young, P.A., the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 1107 West Marion Avenue, Unit 111, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950 on or before the 4 day of May, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
