ODONNELL a/k/a JOHN IGNATIOUS ODONNELL; CITY OF PUNTA GORDA, FLORIDA; ALFONSO SOSA CORDERO, individually and as an individual owner operator of Corso Marine and Corso Marine, Corp.; UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION #2; UNKNOWN PARTY POSSESSION #3; and UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSSESSION #4, Defendants.
