NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION CASE NO: 2026-CP-000081 IN RE: THE ESTATE OF DAVID GEORGE GARCIA The administration of the estate of David George Garcia, deceased, whose date of death was October 22, 2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, in and for the County of Sarasota Probate Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, Room 102, Sarasota, FL 34237. The names and addresses of the personal representatives and the personal representatives attorney are set forth below. ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT: All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedents estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with the court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE TIME OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
