<p>Commence at a concrete monument marking the Northeast corner of Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Leon County, Florida, and run South 89 degrees 46 minutes 16 seconds West 74.87 feet to a concrete monument, thence South 01 degrees 43 minutes 07 seconds East 898.93 feet to a concrete monument, thence South 01 degree 27 minutes 00 seconds East 238.07 feet to a 1 inch iron pipe on the South right of way boundary of Dian Road (30 foot right of way), thence North 89 degrees 04 minutes 26 seconds West along said South right of way boundary 100.20 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pin #LB732 for the POINT OF BEGINNING. From said POINT OF BEGINNING run South 01 degree 29 minutes 10 seconds East 208.54 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pin #LB732, thence North 89 degrees 06 minutes 44 seconds West 50.04 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pin #LB732, thence North 01 degree 29 minutes 11 seconds West 208.58 feet to a 1/2 inch iron pin #LB732 on the South right of way boundary of said Dian Road, thence South 89 degrees 04 minutes 26 seconds East along said right of way boundary 50.04 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.</p>
