<p>NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 23, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2024 CA 000113, of the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for LEON County, Florida.
