FIRST INSERTION Notice of Public Hearing and Board of Supervisors Meeting of the Berry Bay III Community Development District The Board of Supervisors (the Board) of the Berry Bay III Community Development District (the District) will hold a public hearing and a meeting Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at the offices of Inframark, located at 2005 Pan Am Circle, Suite 300, Tampa, Florida 33607. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed adoption of the Districts fiscal year 2026 proposed budget. A meeting of the Board will also be held where the Board may consider any other business that may properly come before it. A copy of the proposed budget and the agenda may be obtained by contacting the District Managers office via email at Jayna.Cooper@Inframark.com or via phone at (813) 873-7300. The public hearing and meeting are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. They may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the hearing or meeting. There may be occasions when staff or Board members may participate by speaker telephone. In accordance with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations because of a disability or physical impairment should contact the District Managers office at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. If you are hearing or speech impaired, please contact the Florida Relay Service at 711 or 1-800-955-8771 (TTY), or 1-800-955-8770 (voice) for aid in contacting the District Managers office.
