NOTICE TO CREDITORS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA PROBATE DIVISION File No. 2026 CP 000790 SC IN RE: ESTATE OF PATRICIA MERREL HAYLES, Deceased. The administration of the estate of PATRICIA MERREL HAYLES, deceased, whose date of death was 05/29/2025, is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of the court is Sarasota County Clerk of Court, 4000 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293, with a mailing address of 4000 S. Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL 34293. The names and address of the ancillary personal representative and the ancillary personal representatives attorney is set forth below. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedents estate on whom a copy of this notice is required to be served must file their claims with this court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF 3 MONTHS AFTER THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
