NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2025 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 6, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 2023CA003090 of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Seminole County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and RA'AMONA ALAFAREA SEMITA DEWITT EL, is Defendant.
GRANT MALOY, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at https://www.seminole.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 12th day of May, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 177, MANDARIN SECTION FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 45, 46 AND 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
