NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2025-CC-005679-SC, in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BROOK TO BAY RESIDENTS COOPERATIVE, INC. is Plaintiff and CARROLL D. HAYES a/k/a CARROLL DEAN HAYES, JR., deceased; DEAN R. HAYES, deceased; BRITTANY BOJORQUEZ; LUCY HAYES; and the respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and other parties claiming by, through, under or against them, if alive, and if any of the named above-referenced defendants are dead, any heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other persons or entities claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the property which constitute the subject matter of this action. Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 oclock a.m. on May 12, 2026, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit: 
Unit No. 147 of BROOK TO BAY RESIDENTS COOPERATIVE, a Cooperative, according to Exhibit B (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in O.R. Book 1811, Pages 1 through 28, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida 
- and - 
1970 single wide mobile home, VIN #60128434 
- and - 
All personal property located on or in the Unit. 
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
