NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2025-CC-005243-SC, in the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein JAPANESE GARDENS HOMEOWNERS CORPORATION, INC. is Plaintiff and DEBORAH TAYLOR, deceased; NANCY SWORD, deceased; JANET E. ROBB; JUDITH A. SWORD; CHRISTINE L. SWORD; and the respective unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and other parties claiming by, through, under or against them, if alive, and if any of the named above-referenced defendants are dead, any heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other persons or entities claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the property which constitute the subject matter of this action. Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 oclock a.m. on May 11, 2026, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit: 
Unit 236, JAPANESE GARDENS MOBILE HOME PARK, a Cooperative situate on the property described in Exhibit A and located as shown on Exhibit B (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1544, Pages 1427 through 1454, and the Amended Master Form Proprietary Lease as recorded at Instrument No. 2019033014, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida

Single wide Eldorado 1973 mobile home, VIN #3513T 
- and - 
All personal property located on or in the Unit.
