MICHAEL GREGORY BANNON, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on May 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. ET, via online auction site at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, to wit: Lot 34, FOREST LAKES SOUTH, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 1 and 1A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
