Notice is hereby given that Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on May 19, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, via online bid at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, offer for sale, and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale, and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered in the above styled action, the following described real and personal property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
Real Property
Lots 1 & 2, and the East 30 feet of Lot 3, Block 25, REVISED PLAT OF SIESTA, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 243, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 38, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with a portion of the vacated alley to the South of said property as depicted on schedule "A" of that Boundary Line Agreement in Instrument #2000052436.
Personal Property
All right, title, and interest in and to the real property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk of the Court no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
