     LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK 47, SEBRING LAKES, UNIT FOUR-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HIGHLANDS COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS A 10 FOOT STRIP RUNNING ADJACENT AND ALONG ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR ADDITIONAL ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
