NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 30, 2025 in Civil Case No. 23-CA-014723 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and Shawn Gillette, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, VICTOR D.
