MIGUEL ESCOBEDO, GIANCARLO ARIAS and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

Unit 4008-B, Building 4, CORTEZ OF CARROLLWOOD, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3543, Page 86, and all subsequent amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 4008 Cortez Dr., #B, Tampa, Florida, 33614. 
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Stephan C. Nikoloff, Esquire, of Greenberg Nikoloff, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in the
