NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 35-2025-CA-000619-AXXX-01 of the Circuit Court of the FIFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lake County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Donald Lewis, Deceased; Carol Fitzpatrick Lewis f/k/a Carol S. Lewis f/k/a Carol Held Fitzpatrick are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, the first floor of the courthouse, near the information desk, 550 West Main Street, Tavares, FL 32778, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
