CHAPTER 45 Notice is given that under a Final Summary Judgment dated March 3, 2026, in Case No. 2024-CC-006485 of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for LAKE County, Florida, in which OVERLOOK AT GRASSY LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and JOANNE E.
