CHAPTER 45 Notice is given that under a Default Final Judgment dated April 10, 2026, in Case No. 2023-CC-000884 of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for LAKE County, Florida, in which LOUISA GRANDE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., the Plaintiff and NICHOL DANY THOMAS the Defendant(s), the Lake County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 16, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st floor, Main Lobby in the Lake County Courthouse at 550 W.
