NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2026, and entered in Case No. 052025CA049234XXCABC of the Circuit Court of the 18TH Judicial Circuit in and for Brevard County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Robert A. Hamel; Robert A. Hamel, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Eileen Lopreseti a/k/a Eileen Theresa Lopreseti a/k/a Eileen T. Lopreseti, deceased; Dennis James Hamel; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Rachel Sadoff, Brevard County Clerk of the Court will sell at 518 South Palm Avenue, Brevard Room, Titusville, Florida  32781 at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
 
LOT 7, BLOCK 3, COUNTRY ESTATES UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE(S) 134, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
