            YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Mortgage on the following property in Indian River County, Florida, to-wit: Lot 9, Waterside, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 26, Page 12, Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, has been filed against you and
            YOU ARE REQUIRED to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on C.
