NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 50-2025-CA-004634-XXXA-MB of the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein, LONGBRIDGE FINANCIAL, LLC, Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DENA MURPHY AKA DENA ANN MURPHY, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Mike Caruso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.palmbeach.realforeclose.com, on May 11, 2026 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
 
LOT 9, IN BLOCK 1, OF VILLAGES OF WOODLAKE PLAT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 172, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
