	NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure with Assessment of Attorneys Fees and Costs dated May 27, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 502024CA010265XXXAMB(AK) of the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein VILLAGE OF SANDALWOOD LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., vs. GATOR ANG SISAVATH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GATOR ANG SISAVATH, VANHNALY KATHEE SISAVATH, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VANHNALY KATHEE SISAVATH, DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at  https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on June 3, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
