NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 3/26/2026 in the County Court Case No.: 2025-CC-013281 of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein The Overlook at Hamlin Homeowners Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and James McCloskey, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Unknown Spouse of James McCloskey, Unknown Tenant in Possession One and Unknown Tenant in Possession Two, are the Defendants.
