RAYMOND EVERETT EMERY JOHNSON, et al., Defendants. NOTICE is hereby given that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq., Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on May 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET, via the online auction site at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pasco County, Florida, to wit: Lot 65, WEDGEWOOD MANOR - PHASE I & II, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 27, Pages 11 through 14, inclusive, in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
