UF HEALTH REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
UF HEALTH IS SEEKING QUALIFICATIONS FROM QUALIFIED CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (CM) FIRMS LICENSED TO OPERATE IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA TO PROVIDE PRECONSTRUCTION AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE PHASED EXPANSION OF THE OCALA NEIGHBORHOOD HOSPITAL CAMPUS LOCATED IN OCALA, FLORIDA.
INTERESTED FIRMS SHOULD DEMONSTRATE EXPERIENCE MANAGING COMPLEX HEALTHCARE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, PHASED INPATIENT FACILITY EXPANSIONS, CENTRAL ENERGY PLANTS, AND MULTI-DISCIPLINARY SITE AND UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE. QUALIFIED FIRMS ARE INVITED TO SUBMIT AN EMAIL EXPRESSING INTEREST IN RECEIVING THE OFFICIAL REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ).
To receive the RFQ, please submit an email to facdevelopment.gnv@ufhealth.org. Upon receipt, the complete RFQ package will be provided. Requests to receive the RFQ must be received no later than February 11, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.
