NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO AMEND THE BOUNDARY LINE OF VILLAGE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 16
City of Wildwood, Florida, has received a Petition to Amend the Boundary Line
of Village Community Development District No. 16 pursuant to Chapter 190,
Florida Statutes. The proposed district boundary is as generally depicted in
the map below. The adopting ordinance is titled as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WILDWOOD, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
NO. 15 (the “District”) PURSUANT TO FLORIDA STATUTE 190.046; PROVIDING
FOR CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
