NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BRADFORD COUNTY, FLORIDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the ordinance, which title hereinafter appears, will be considered for enactment by the Board of County Commissioners of Bradford County, Florida, at public hearing on Tuesday, April 7th 2026 at 9:30 A.M. or as soon thereafter as the matters can be heard, at the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, North Wing of the County Courthouse, located at 954 N. Temple Avenue, Starke, Florida. The title of said ordinance reads, as follows: ORDINANCE NO. 2026- AN ORDINANCE OF BRADFORD COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 96-07, BRADFORD COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AS AMENDED; RELATING TO AN AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS OF THE BRADFORD COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, AS AMENDED, PURSUANT TO APPLICATION Z25-06 BY THE PROPERTY OWNER OF SAID ACREAGE; PROVIDING FOR REZONING FROM AGRICULTURE – 2 (A-2) TO INDUSTRIAL (I) OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE UNCORPORATED LIMITS OF BRADFORD COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. The public hearing may be continued to one or more future dates. Any interested party shall be advised that the date, time, and place of any continuation of the public hearing shall be announced during the public hearing and that no future notice concerning the matter will be published, unless said continuation exceeds six calendar weeks from the date of the above referenced public hearing. At the aforementioned public hearing, all interested parties may appear to be heard with respect to the amendment. Copies of the amendment are available for public inspection by request to the Bradford County Office of the Director of Zoning, Planning, and Building, County Courthouse, located at 945 North Temple Avenue, North Wing, Starke, Florida, during regular business hours.
