NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
 
The following personal property of Scott Weintraub and/or Scott Roy Weintraub, with no lien reflected on title, will, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at 32 Betty Drive, Sunshine RV Resort, Lake Placid, Highlands County, Florida, be sold for cash to satisfy storage fees, and advertising in accordance with Section 715.109, Florida Statutes. Any prospective Buyer is required to go through the residency application process if Buyer intends to move into this recreational vehicle/mobile home and into the Sunshine RV Resort community. Additionally, any prospective Buyer will also be directly responsible for the proper removal, storage and/or proper disposal (outside of Sunshine RV Resort) of all of the Additional Personal Property items listed below that remain in the subject recreational vehicle/mobile home.
