Kinnunen, Jr., formerly practicing at Designer Dental, P.A. located at 490 US Highway 27, Suite 1150, Lake Placid, FL 33852, are hereby notified that patient medical and dental records have been left at the premises and are being securely maintained by the property owner, Publix Super Markets, Inc. Patients who would like to obtain copies of their records, or to have them transferred to another provider, must submit a written request to Publix Super Markets, Inc., Courtney Ryan, Regional Property Manager by email to Courtney.Ryan@Publix.com by February 13th, 2026.
