Miscellaneous Public Notices NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT FOR AMENITIES POLICIES AND RATES AND THE SUSPENSION POLICY BY THE DARBY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT In connection with its ownership and operation of certain recreational amenity facilities and improvements (Amenities), and in accordance with Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, the Darby Community Development District (District) hereby gives notice of its intention: (i) to establish policies, rules and fees imposed on persons desiring to utilize the Amenities who are residents and non-residents of the District; (ii) to develop rules relating to the suspension and/or termination of patrons use of the Amenities; and (iii) to establish violation and penalty policies (collectively, Amenities Policies and Rates). The proposed rule number is [2026-1]. The purpose and effect of the Amenities Policies and Rates are to provide for efficient and effective District operations of the Amenities and other properties by setting policies and regulations to implement the provisions of Section 190.035, Florida Statutes. General legal authority for the District to adopt the proposed Amenities Policies and Rates includes Chapters 120 and 190, Florida Statutes, as amended, and specific legal authority includes Sections 190.035(2), 190.011(5), 190.012(3), 190.035, 190.041, 120.54, 120.69 and 120.81, Florida Statutes, as amended. A public hearing on the adoption of the proposed Amenities Policies and Rates will be conducted by the District on March 10, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the offices of Corner Lot Development, 1000 Riverside Avenue, Suite 600, Jacksonville, Florida 32204.
