Miscellaneous Public Notices Public Notice of Receipt of Application State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection Notice of Application The Department announces receipt of an application for a permit from Keystone Properties, LLC, to substantially modify the Keystone Old Industrial Landfill (Class III Landfill). Included in the application are proposals to cap/remove the landfill. The facility is located at 1915 Wigmore Street, Jacksonville, Duvall County, Florida. The Department file number for the project is 286801-026. This application is being processed and is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at 8800 Baymeadows Way West, Suite 100, Jacksonville, Florida.
