Public Notice: Skyway Towers, LLC proposes the construction of a 195-ft above ground level (AGL) self-support lattice communications tower (199-ft overall AGL with appurtenances) located at 2325 Howard Road in Labelle, FL (Hendry County). The proposed communications tower will be located at latitude: N 26 46 2.8, longitude: W 81 28 19.7 (NAD 83) and if required, will be lit according to FAA tower marking and lighting requirements. The proposed communications tower can be identified by FCC Form 854 File Number: A1358475. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the FCC Form 854 File Number: A1358475.
