TIJERINA, whose last known address was: 925 SW 39th Lane, Okeechobee, Florida 34974, and all other parties having or claiming to have any right, title and interest in and to the real property hereinafter described.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to Quiet Title to the following described property:
LOT 11, BLOCK C, PLAYLAND PARK ,ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AT PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF OKEECHOBEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to FRANK H. FEE, IV., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 400 NW 2nd Street, Okeechobee, Florida 34972, on or before February 18, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a Default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. This Notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the "Okeechobee News".
