GLADES COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Owner Occupied Rehabilitation The Glades County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) requests that interested parties submit formal sealed proposals for the above-referenced project. This project will be undertaken as part of the Glades County SHIP Program. Contractors must be qualified to bid on SHIP projects. If not pre-qualified, the Contractors Application Documents may be obtained from the SHIP Administrator or https://cms2.revize.com/revize/gladescounty/2022%20Contractor_registration_11-4-2020.pdf A mandatory meeting and contractor review of these projects will be held January 29, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at 950 Pinehurst AVE NW, Moore Haven, FL 33471 (property where rehabilitation will be performed). Any firm not represented at this meeting will not be able to bid. All potential bidders must be in this meeting no later than 10:10 a.m. in order to participate in this RFP. The specifications and requirements informational package must be obtained from Zorian Tullock, Planning Technician ztullock@myglades.com or Narrisa Pannell, SHIP Administrator 863-946-6124, npannell@myglades.com. Due date/time: February 10, 2026, 5:00 P.M. EST. The completed proposal form shall be placed in a sealed envelope with the title clearly indicated on the outside: GLADES COUNTY SHIP PROGRAM RFP #2026- Owner Occupied Rehabilitation, ATTEN: Zorian Tullock & Narrisa Pannell, with delivery to the SHIP office at 198 Sixth Street, SW, Moore Haven, 33471 no later than deadline time of 5:00 P.M. RFP(s) received after such time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Responses delayed for any reason shall not be considered. Faxed and electronically mailed responses will not be accepted. All prospective respondents are cautioned not to contact any member of the BoCC.
