Thompson, Deceased, File Number 2026CP000014A000BA, is pending in the Circuit Court for Polk, County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 255 N. Broadway Avenue, Bartow, FL 33830. The name and addresses of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative's attorney are set forth below.
