  YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on CARTER J. ADAMS, ESQ., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 290 Cypress Gardens Blvd. Suite 7, Winter Haven, FL 33880, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before 2/16/2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
  The Plaintiffs are seeking to partition on real property described as follows:
  The West 100 feet of the East 365 feet of Lot 183 of Wahneta Farms Subdivision, as shown by map or plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, in Plat Book 1 Pages 82A and 82B, LESS the North 190 feet thereof and LESS AND EXCEPT road right-of-way for Rifle Range Road.
