PUBLICATION NOTICE Found, one SULCATA TORTOISE. The tortoise was found near Brown Shinn Rd in Polk City, Florida. If making a claim to the tortoise, please be prepared to show acquisition paperwork, i.e., proof of purchase or prior ownership documentation. Please call the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission at 813-613-0836 if making a claim to the animal. This tortoise will be available to claim for 90 days from the date of this notice. If no claims are made to the tortoise, it will be permanently transferred to a licensed FWC facility or licensee. Please do not call if the above-listed criteria cannot be met.
