City Of Lakeland Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Application Request 32nd Year HOME Program Year 2026-2027 Applications are now being accepted for organizations seeking funds to provide affordable housing development for Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) under the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program for the period of October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. The application is available by emailing your request to housing@lakelandgov.net.
