The Regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Crystal Cay Community Development District is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Crystal Cay Clubhouse, 10350 SW 228 Terrace, Miami, FL..  There will also be an Audit Committee meeting at the above-referenced location. The Audit Committee will review, discuss and rank the proposals received to perform the audit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, as previously advertised in accordance with Florida Law. 
 
The meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. The meetings may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting.  A copy of the agenda for these meetings may be obtained from Governmental Management Services, LLC, 5385 N. Nob Hill Road, Sunrise, Florida 33351.
There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meetings is advised that person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
