AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER XXIV, ENTITLED ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT, APPENDIX A ENTITLED LAND DEVELOPMENT FEE SCHEDULE, OF THE CITY'S CODE OF ORDINANCES TO STREAMLINE THE STRUCTURE OF THE EXISTING FEE SCHEDULE AND RIGHT SIZE FEE AMOUNTS TO ALIGN WITH THE FINDINGS OF THE 2025 LAND DEVELOPMENT FEE STUDY ACCEPTED RESOLUTION R2025-196 BASED ON ACTUAL STAFF PROCESSING AND REVIEW COSTS INCURRED BY THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS OF FACT, CODIFICATION; CONFLICTS, SCRIVENERS ERRORS; SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
