THE NORTH 62.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 207.5 FEET OF THE WEST 105.5 FEET, TRACT 3, A/K/A LOT 30, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 29, BLOCK 3, OF FERNVILLE PARK CORRECTED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
