NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date to 4/1/2026 dated the 19th day of February 2026, and entered in Case No. 2023 CA 001026, of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Indian River County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and ELLEN R. FINCHER A/K/A ELLEN KELLER and KINGSWOOD ESTATES OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants. Ryan L. Butler as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.indian-river.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 15, Kingswood Estates Subdivision Phases 2 and 3, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page (s) 39, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
