NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of February, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25000558CAAXMX, of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Martin County, Florida, wherein New Day Financial, LLC is the Plaintiff and STEPHANE CERONE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEPHANE CERONEGRISELIDIS CERRONE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY MARIA CHAVEZ; ELEVATEOPCO TRUST; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Carolyn Timmann as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.martin.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 31st day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
