NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bill Kinsaul, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Bay County, Florida, will sell the following described property situated in Bay County, Florida:
Lot 1 of Riviera Beach, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 59, of the Public Records of Bay County, Florida.
including the structures and improvements located thereon, if any, at a public sale on the 6th day of April, 2026, at 11:00 am (central), or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at https://www.bay.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, and the Final Judgment of foreclosure entered on February 3, 2026, in the case styled Sandman Properties & Development, LLC vs. Pierce Wealth Partners Fund #1, LLC, Stephan Piscano, Jason Charles Engle and Kory Dunn Engle, the case number of which is 25-982-CA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
