Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary-Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 12, 2026 and Order on Defendant's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale entered February 25, 2026, in case number 2024 013853 CICI in the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit, in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, f/k/a SOUTH STATE BANK, N.A., successor by merger with CENTERSTATE BANK, N.A., as Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF JANET LYNN LYMBURNER, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, OR TRUSTEES OF THE ESTATE OF JANET LYNN LYMBURNER, JILLIAN MARIE DEUBLER, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF KIRK JAMES LYMBURNER, KEVIN LYMBURNER, AS SURVIVING HEIR OF KIRK JAMES LYMBURNER, LAUTH INVESTIGATIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF KEITH LYMBURNER AS SURVIVING HEIR OF KIRK JAMES LYMBURNER, and FOXHOLLOW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.volusia.realforeclose.com., at 11:00 a.m. on the 24th day of April, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
