NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10 th day of December, 2025 and entered in Case No. CACE-25-010102, of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein BARCLAYS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2021-NQM1is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO IERFINO, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court, BRENDA D. FORMAN, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.broward.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of April, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit: 
APARTMENT NO. 1412 OF PLAYA DEL MAR CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6163, PAGE 807, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
