NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10 th day of December, 2025 and entered in Case No. CACE-25-010102, of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein BARCLAYS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2021-NQM1is the Plaintiff and ANTONIO IERFINO, et al. are the Defendants.
