ANDERSON, their unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against them, and all parties having or claiming to have, any right, title or interest in and to the real property herein; Defendants. NOTICE OF ACTION CONSTRUCTIVE SERVICE - PROPERTY TO DEFENDANTS, ELMER J. ANDERSON and JANET C.
