NOTICE OF PRESERVATION OF COVENANTS PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 712, FLORIDA STATUTES Notice is hereby given that Brentwood Farms, LLC and Citrus Hills Golf and Country Club, LLC have recorded a Notice of Preservation of Covenants pursuant to Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to preserve from extinguishment under the Marketable Record Title Act that certain Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 1117, Page 1805, together with all amendments thereto, and as further amended and restated by that certain Amended and Restated Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 3645, Page 629, Public Records of Citrus County, Florida. The Notice of Preservation was recorded in Official Records Book 3646, Page 190 (or Instrument No. 2026011042), of the Public Records of Citrus County, Florida. The preserved covenants and restrictions affect all real property subject to the above-referenced Declaration, including lots and parcels within Brentwood and its constituent subdivisions, as more particularly described in the recorded Restated Declaration and in the Notice of Preservation. Copies of the recorded Notice of Preservation and the Declaration are available in the Public Records of Citrus County, Florida. This Notice is published in accordance with section 712.06(3)(b), Florida Statutes. Published March 17 and 24, 2026.
